The staff were really friendly and helpful. This worked well for a family, with huge rooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay: good quality sheets and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a crib for the baby.

The neighborhood felt like home after my three-month stay while I waited for my apartment. It's not touristy, and there are lots of traditional places nearby for food, cinema, and other things. The staff were always helpful, especially the lovely Giulia in the reception office.

This was my second time here because my other place was booked and I didn't have much choice. During this stay there was renovation work, with builders right outside MY bedroom WINDOW all morning, looking inside and waking me at 7am with drilling. The place was dirty, things were broken, and the smell of Asian food and spices lingered in the room for weeks. When I asked about changing rooms, they did nothing. This isn't okay. You can't live or sleep properly in a place like this.

I haven't checked in yet, but I already want to thank the staff, especially Piero, who I spoke with. He was so nice and helped confirm my reservation. I'm sure my stay will be perfect. I'll update this review later.

A decent option for students or anyone traveling on a budget. The rooms are clean but have very little furniture. The staff are really friendly, though the WiFi and warm water have been problematic.
