I really liked how politely and respectfully the guests were treated. The facilities are basic, but they work, which makes sense given the low price range. The view of one of Milan's main streets is great, though it stays noisy at night too. Keep in mind that it's a main street, not a quiet countryside spot.

They say there's a bar and lounge, but in reality there's just a fridge by the check-in desk with a couple of Heinekens for sale and a table squeezed in nearby. The advertised air conditioning simply wasn't there, which was extremely disappointing because that was the main reason we picked this place over the others. It's advertised as a hotel, but this is a hostel. They should describe it as a bare-bones place to sleep, because that's all it is.

They still owe me an 85 euro refund for a cancellation fee from October 2019. I've gone there almost ten times and emailed them more than five times, but they keep lying to me. I also saw them treat guests very badly on several occasions. This feels like a trick they're playing on people. Please be careful and don't book a room at this hostel.

I'm a solo woman traveler, and I booked a bed in the shared dorm. One of the other guests was loud and drunk, and I asked to move to another room because I didn't feel safe. The manager was called. He immediately called me "f**king b**ch" and physically assaulted me. The police came and a report was filed. Apparently, arrests for minor assaults don't happen in Italy. I know it sounds hard to believe that a manager would assault someone without warning, but that's what happened to me. It was unprovoked, and nothing like this had happened to me in months of travel. Saving a few dollars isn't worth your safety. Please stay somewhere else, especially if you're a woman traveling alone.
