I couldn’t work out the A/C, so I opened a window and brought in a fan. That aside, I’d highly recommend this guesthouse, especially for the beds. The memory foam pillows paired with the regular soft one gave me some of the best hotel sleep I’ve had in years. The room was beautifully painted and felt luxurious, with modern art on the walls and dark curtains that made it easy to sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous and medium-sized, with the toilet in its own area away from the shower and mirror.

After a long trip, arriving to find little treats in the room was such a nice touch. The hotel is lovely, close to plenty of bars, restaurants and public transport. Checking in and out was straightforward, and the staff were really friendly.

Our stay was a real pleasure, and we’d gladly return. The automated check-in was quick and easy once we followed Andrea’s instructions. Security also felt very reassuring: you need a key card for the lift, then pass another door before reaching the room. The heated towel rack was high-tech, with clear instructions that made it convenient to use. We had Exclusive room #35, whose smart layout made good use of the space and still felt cozy and chic. The modern interiors were stylish and comfortable. The main drawback was the shower, which felt cramped and left little room to move around. There’s also a short flight of steps to reach the rooms, something to keep in mind if mobility or bulky luggage is a concern. Everything else was well appointed.

The tram stop right next door is handy, and Duomo is about a 25-minute walk away. There are several restaurants and bars nearby too. Our room was modern and clean, with a Nespresso machine and fridge. Communication and service were great, and I’d stay here again.
