For a couple of nights, it was fine. The location is nice and the hostel is cheap for the area, but the room is small, there isn't much in it, and you can hear people around you. The AC also doesn't work very well.

We found the staff kind and helpful, and they let us leave our bags at reception for a day. The price is among the lowest in the area, so I wasn't expecting the best hotel in the world, but it had what we needed for a quick stay. It's also well placed, close to a metro stop and Milano Centrale station. I'd recommend it.

There was dog hair everywhere, and a dog was running around as if the place were a zoo. The staff also seemed to lack basic communication skills. I know it's a two-star hotel, but this was so bad that I'd give it zero stars if that were an option.

For the price, this place worked well for us. It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and not far from central Milan. The metro is nearby, while Milano Centrale is a reasonable walk away. Most of the desk staff speak Italian.

The hosts were lovely and the room was really clean. But the bed was so hard that my sides hurt.
