I asked to cancel because of my circumstances, even though I understood the booking was non-refundable. The way they handled it was extremely rude. They went on to threaten me and asked me to sign a vague document saying I wouldn't seek a refund through my bank. After that experience, I would never book here again. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

I cancelled my booking through booking.com while I was still within the free cancellation period, eight weeks before the stay. It's now 20 October, and since 21 July I've written to the hotel many times without getting a reply. booking.com has been following up for me for three months and hasn't managed to get anywhere either. They kept my money despite the free cancellation. Their communication and the reports of run-down accommodation are enough for me to say: don't stay here.

The view was unreal, and the whole place made such an unforgettable impression on us. This was the best hotel I've booked. Thanks to everyone on the team for creating such a wonderful spot in the heart of Milan. We'll be back! 😍

We had to find another hotel for the rest of the night because the apartment was so unpleasant. It was filthy, especially the carpet and walls, and looked like it had been left after a party. The photos didn't match the place, apart from the view of the Duomo. The windows wouldn't shut properly, so it was extremely noisy and almost impossible to sleep. We told the host what was wrong, but got no response. I wouldn't recommend it.

I paid for a room overlooking the cathedral and was given a dirty room with no view, a place that wasn't worth even 1 euro. When I raised the issue, they told me, “This is what you get. Take it or leave it,” and offered no refund. The customer service was awful, and it's the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Avoid at.
