After moving from another hotel, we arrived quite late, around 11:30 p.m. The team had sent clear instructions in advance about checking in and where to find the key, so it was easy. The hotel was lovely, very clean, and easy to find. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a handy mini fridge and everything we needed. The air conditioning didn't work on the first night, but when we returned the next day they'd set up a portable unit. Such a thoughtful touch, and it made the room much cooler and more comfortable. One small downside was the lift. It's quite small and drops slightly before the doors open, which felt unsettling to me since I'm not great with lifts. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. Lovely stay, with great service and attention to detail. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

It's a lovely little hotel right in the city center, so it's easy to get around on foot. A very friendly girl welcomed me warmly when I arrived. But at checkout, I had a really unpleasant experience. I was looking for a bathroom bin to throw away a sanitary pad and found a thong on the floor. It was a truly disgusting sight. I reported it right away to the receptionist, who was visibly embarrassed. This should never happen and definitely calls for more attention to cleanliness.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to Duomo and all the luxury brands in Milano. Gaia, the receptionist, made my stay wonderful. She's the friendliest and kindest person I've met in the hospitality industry. She gave me good dinner recommendations and shared so much local insight about the city.

Despite the staff member's goodwill and kindness, this is basically an Airbnb without any hotel services. There's only one person on staff, and the hotel is on the fourth floor of an office building, down a dead-end alley you can't reach by car. There's no parking either, so if you're coming to Milan by car, definitely avoid it. This isn't a boutique hotel, it's more like a “closet hotel”! It's right in the city center, but the experience doesn't match the name.

We had a wonderful four-night stay and checked out today. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the duomo, close to Monte Napoleone and lots of other sights. The front desk was great and always happy to help with our cleaning requests. One small suggestion: clearer signs from the road would make the hotel easier to spot. Grazie mille e alla prossima!
