Spice Hotel Milano

There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the metro is only about a three-minute walk away, so getting around the city is easy. The hotel is in an excellent spot and makes a great base for exploring the area.

My six-year-old son and I had a great time at Spice Hotel Milano. The reception team were really kind and efficient, and the hotel was very clean with a modern design. Its location was really convenient, and we felt comfortable throughout. We’d definitely stay again!

Amy.fromy at the desk was a real help. She came up to reset our safe, shared recommendations, helped with the taxi price to the airport, and suggested takeaway breakfast bags when she heard we’d miss breakfast. We were glad to have them while waiting at the airport. Staff like her make a hotel feel hospitable. The check-in team were pleasant, efficient and engaging, and we had an enjoyable three days. Breakfast was amazing, and the bar was handy for pre-dinner drinks. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, though small by North American standards, but fine for sleeping after a day touring. It’s within walking distance of the hop-on, hop-off bus and Museum block!

The only real problem was the heater. It made the room too hot, and there was no ventilation or way to turn the temperature down, so sleeping was uncomfortable. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Check-in was easy and quick, and I felt welcome no matter when I arrived. Thanks to the kind, helpful reception staff. Breakfast was better than I expected, and Grace and the other women in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, quick to replenish anything that ran out at the buffet.
