The room was basic but clean, and restaurants are just an 8-10 minute walk away. The hotel is right above Loreto Metro Station, so getting around is easy. The rest of the staff were polite, but the breakfast service brought my rating down. There were no hot choices, not even scrambled eggs, or so the woman running breakfast rudely told me. She was abrupt, hardly smiled, and seemed like she didn't want to be there. A lot of guests felt uncomfortable around her.

Good value for money in a prime spot. The metro, restaurants, shops, and bars are all easy to reach, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

I was miserably hot trying to sleep here, like being in a sauna. When I asked reception about the heat, they said sorry, it's central. At €300 a night, that's embarrassing. I'm never coming back.

The staff were friendly and did help us, but I wish they’d explained the air conditioning situation honestly when we arrived. It wasn’t cooling because the building’s central system had been switched to heating for the colder Milan weather. The bathroom had no ventilation either, so every shower left steam all over the room. Our first night was one of the worst stays I’ve had, even after travelling all over the world. The street noise made it almost impossible to sleep, and I was close to checking out at 2 a.m. The next day they moved us to a quieter room, where the AC worked properly in cooling mode, and the stay got much better.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were satisfactory and breakfast was good. The hotel is in a prime spot near the central station, with bus and metro stops right outside.
