There’s a grocery store right outside, which made it easy to pick up breakfast. The rooms were fresh, modern, and clean, with great amenities, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back.

We’d stay here again. There’s plenty nearby, including a convenience store, pharmacy, bakery, and a busy station, while the metro is about a 10-minute walk. Our room was clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful, with fluent English too. A cozy place if you want to stay outside the city center. I’d recommend it.

The room was good, clean, and felt new, and the location seemed worth a four-star rating. Things went wrong when we left the key inside and came back late at night. Nobody answered the phone, reception was closed, and someone nearby tried to help but wouldn’t bring us the spare keys from the cabinet there. Our bags and things were locked in the room, and we had an early flight. At least answering calls and reassuring guests would have helped. I felt stranded and overwhelmed, and emails weren’t answered either. I really hope they improve reception and provide a 24-hour contact service. It was a stressful experience, and I don’t understand the four-star rating when there’s no security.

The front desk staff were amazing, and breakfast was very good. My concerns are mostly about getting around. Walking from the east side of Milan Centrale meant passing dog waste, human waste, urine, and feces on the road. It was a horrible walk, so travelers should use the west side instead. We also asked for a taxi on our last day, but the driver had no meter and demanded cash we didn’t have. Milan taxis and bus drivers who suddenly stop working can be a real nuisance for international travelers. Transit felt much less reliable than in other European countries, and seems to have declined badly in the last 3-4 years post Covid. That’s not really the hotel’s fault, but it’s worth knowing.
