Stylish Mini in the Heart of Milano

The central location was convenient, but the stay was deeply disappointing. There was hair in the beds, the kitchen was dirty, the shower had no hot water, and the refrigerator was so noisy it kept us awake. The studio was too small for our family of four, and it hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived. The manager was still cleaning at check-in. We were charged about a month before arrival without being told beforehand, and the payment came from an account with a different name from the booking. When we asked about it, there was a misunderstanding and we were wrongly accused of trying to avoid the city taxes. We raised the cleaning and maintenance problems, but they weren’t dealt with. Instead, we were threatened with accusations of misconduct. The owner lives abroad and seems out of touch with the property’s day-to-day condition. Cleanliness and respectful communication matter much more to me than a central address. The poor upkeep and unprofessional response overshadowed the location. I’d also suggest reading the responses to negative reviews on Booking.com to get a sense of how concerns are handled.
