They charge your card as soon as you book, then offer no flexibility. Check-in is only from 15:00 to 17:00, and you’re expected to arrive at the exact agreed time. Even if you warn them in advance, a delay for any reason, like a late train, could mean staff refuse to let you in and give you no alternative. There are also hefty extra charges: €50 for cleaning and €50 for late check-in. Avoid this place.

We were left waiting outside the building with our suitcases, since nobody arrived at the time shown on the voucher. I eventually found a phone number and called, but they repeatedly hung up and wouldn’t answer. When I finally reached someone, they said the place was too far away and they weren’t coming. We ended up scrambling to find a hotel in Milan late that day. A complete disaster.
