The staff are kind and courteous, and the service was great. It's a small hotel with only a few rooms and staff, but they gave us all the information we needed to get around the city centre. The bedding was high quality, the room very clean, and the decor charming. It's well equipped, including a coffee machine, and sits in a prime Milan district. If you're after a quality boutique hotel in a top location at a reasonable rate, this is it. Getting in is like entering a private apartment building on the third floor. It was easy enough to work out, since the staff text you the access code.

The central location was wonderful and convenient, and the price was good for a short stay. The place is nice and modern, a solid choice for one night. Finding it was a little tricky since it's inside an internal building complex, and there isn't street parking. WhatsApp communication was okay but not very responsive. When we arrived, we told them we'd just gotten engaged, and they delivered complimentary champagne.

We loved how cozy and welcoming the room felt, and it was nicely decorated and super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Christina and Claudia went out of their way to make sure our stay was great, with service better than some five-star hotels I've stayed in. My boyfriend had his birthday while we were there, and they surprised us with a really delicious breakfast from the bakery downstairs without us asking. Such a personal touch. Thanks to Christina and Claudia for making it special. We're already looking forward to coming back.

The room at via Senato was clean, but the furniture and linens were worn. We had no hot water for 24 hours because of a problem in the building. At the end of the trip, I met a woman from reception at the Via della Spiga address. She was nice and tried to apologize for the lack of service. The room was in a separate building from the Via Della Spiga address, and the location itself is good. But this felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with very little staff available when there was a problem. WhatsApp was the only way to reach them, and they often ignored my messages. If I called, they hung up. When I asked on WhatsApp for a discount because of the day without hot water, that request was ignored too. I'd only consider staying here if you really need to be in this area and are desperate.

Christina was so helpful the whole time we were there. The rooms are neat and quirky, with a modern touch. The place is in Milan's most luxurious area, right where all the shopping happens, yet the price is really reasonable. Nothing but good things to say. If we come back to Milan, this is the only place I'd consider.
