A huge thank you to the team for looking after me so kindly this morning. I'd spent ages calling hotels to ask about an early check-in or somewhere to leave my luggage, and by then I was worn out and losing hope. Stefano especially turned a stressful travel morning around. He was so professional and kind, and made me feel cared for as soon as I arrived. His help really stayed with me. Plenty of places offer luxury, but this kind of service is rare. Thank you, it meant a lot.

The stained bed sheets were the worst part of a very disappointing stay. New guests should be given clean bedding, especially at a place calling itself a luxury hotel. The interior looked tacky and wasn't well maintained, and nothing about it felt upscale despite all the hype. Service was shockingly poor for the price, while the food cost too much for its quality and portions. It didn't live up to its branding or what it charges. I wouldn't recommend it or stay again.

Daria, the manager, helped me sort out a very important issue, and I won't forget her support. Her professionalism, kindness, and real concern for me were unlike anything I've experienced in a hotel, anywhere in the world. I'm deeply grateful. She made a difficult situation so much easier, and that means more than I can say.

The team made us feel welcome at every turn, and we had an amazing three-night stay in the first week of September. Francesca kindly arranged an upgrade to a larger spa room, and made us feel special by recognizing our Diamond status. The place felt magical, almost like staying in wonderland. It's also just a seven-minute walk from the main shopping area. Breakfast was beautifully decorated, and Marika and Luca were both lovely, accommodating, and easy to talk to. Juan at the front desk sorted out our transportation and pickup details, then sent everything in writing so we wouldn't run into trouble on pickup day. All the staff kept checking whether we needed anything and greeted us with smiles. Their hard work made the hotel feel even more special. We made wonderful memories here and are looking forward to staying at The Plein again.
