We arrived at 11am and were allowed to check in early without an extra charge, something I’d never experienced before. The staff were super friendly, and there’s a spacious lobby where you can wait for friends. It’s very convenient for walking to the train station, restaurants, and places of interest. There’s also a Michellin star restaurant beside the lobby that deserves a review of its own.

The staff were very nice and supportive, but the hotel experience as a whole needs major improvement. Breakfast didn’t have much variety, and the elevator felt quite small. The room lighting wasn’t good enough to make the space comfortable, and the toilet facilities could be improved too. A few considered changes to those areas could make the stay more memorable at UNA Hotels cusani Milano.

The room felt a little dated and could use some refreshed upkeep, though it was very clean. That wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. The central location makes it easy to walk to many attractions and get to the metro, and the whole staff was exceptional, truly deserving of high praise.

We moved here from a dirty Airbnb nearby that was only 50 euros cheaper for four days, so this felt like great value for money. We were upgraded to a junior suit, and reception always gave us excellent recommendations for food and entertainment. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The people working at this hotel are amazing, which is rare to find in Milan, especially right in the heart of the tourist area.

I’d rethink staying here until the hotel can provide better security. People have been coming in and stealing purses or luggage, especially around the lobby bar. There’s apparently someone outside who distracts guests by knocking on the windows while the other person takes things when you’re refilling something, saying goodbye, or looking away. A €500-a-night hotel shouldn’t feel unsafe, and there doesn’t seem to be any security here.
