Unahotels Century Milano Hotel

The hotel is wonderful and the service is excellent. Breakfast was very good, and it’s around a five-minute walk from Milano Central train station. My main concern is getting there: the location is hard to find, and walking there in the evening may not feel suitable for everyone. If you’re a woman walking alone, I’d look elsewhere. I’ve attached photos of the street signs pointing toward the hotel, so follow those.

We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was great, and there are lots of little restaurants just around the corner. The rooms were clean and roomy. The bed was very firm, though you could ask for a topper.

The staff were friendly and handled the minor issues we raised right away. We had a lovely family stay, and the location is great. The rooms got quite warm, though. Since the air conditioning wasn’t switched on in April, we had to open the windows, and the early morning waste collections were extremely noisy.

Getting around from here was easy: Grand central train station and Metro station Central f.s are both about five minutes away, trams run regularly, and the airport is roughly 15-30 minutes by car depending on traffic, at a cost of about 30 Euros. Breakfast had hot options like bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, and sausage, plus cereals, fruit, and yogurt. We were told an omelette costs 7 euros, and that the room air conditioning only comes on from 1st May. The hotel is set back from the road and covered in protective netting, but the rooms were spacious, neat, clean, and really quiet for a busy city.
