Men booking online should check carefully that they've selected a bed in the male dormitory, because the first option that pops up is just to reserve a bed space. You might think the booking is settled and you'll have somewhere to sleep, but they keep selling beds for the night until none are left. If you arrive with a reservation and there's still space, they'll let you in. If they've run out, they'll say you booked the female dormitory. That's the excuse they use, and it feels like a dirty trick.

Don't stay here for your own health and safety. The towels and blankets were filthy, the bathroom had only cold water, and the toilet was in very poor shape. The rooms were in terrible condition despite claims that they were clean. One had a hole in the wall. They said breakfast was included, then blamed a “technical issue” and didn't provide it. In the family suite, the bunk bed looked ready to collapse, the ladder to the top bunk was missing, wires were exposed, and a lamp hung loose above the bed.

We were traveling with small children and my brother, who has special needs, so after our six hour drive we were exhausted and the kids were asleep in the car. We'd told the property ahead of time that we'd arrive at midnight, and they acknowledged it. I had reserved four rooms for one night. When my wife and I went to check in, we found stairs leading to the rooms that my brother couldn't manage. My wife checked upstairs to see whether there was any way to make it work, but there wasn't. We explained the situation to the manager and asked to cancel, and he agreed to do so without charging us. Later, though, we couldn't reach the property despite repeated attempts by both me and Booking.com. When they finally replied, they falsely said we'd arrived late and had stayed in the room. Neither was true. This was incredibly frustrating and dishonest. I'd advise people to book elsewhere and save themselves the trouble and money.

They took all the money for six people and still wouldn't let us move in. Then they wanted another 200 euros for us to maybe get in. Absolutely a scam. Avoid this place.
