4/10
It’s modernly furnished and clean, and the place is fully equipped and close to the centre. But unfortunately, the bad parts outweigh that. The walls are so thin you hear everything the neighbours say, even something as small as someone looking for a screw. From 8 during our stay, there was hammering and construction throughout the house, so sleeping became impossible. The mattresses are harder than hard, and getting up without back pain is impossible.

The room was clean and tidy. It’s a perfectly fine place, and I’d recommend it for a couple of days in Milan.

The rooms were lovely, and the bathroom was beautiful. But there’s no soundproofing, the plumbing noise goes on constantly, and sounds from the courtyard carry at all hours. The rooms are well located near public transport, though the reception is a 15-minute walk away, which isn’t ideal.

We’d happily stay here again. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, and the hosts were kind and helpful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a nice bar and bakery nearby.
