I handed the parcel straight to the courier collecting the boxes here yesterday, March 5, 2026, at around 3 PM. Today Vinted says it’s being returned to sender, before it even had a chance to enter the shipping process. How does that happen? I live nearby, and this is exactly why I’m so upset. As Benedetta said, parcels go missing here, and it doesn’t feel like a one-off. The newsagent seems annoyed if you don’t buy his products and actually tells you not to come back. If it wasn’t him but the courier I remember collecting everything yesterday, I’ll report it. I’ll also come and confront her directly if I see her outside the newsstand. Just so sad, even the area itself.

They seem to mark missing parcels as delivered, then deny they have them. After that, you’re stuck reporting the loss to the courier over and over, and you lose your money, package, and time.

He’s really kind and always happy to help. He takes in and sends parcels, and the place is very well stocked.

Packages get lost in the chaos behind the counter, and he’s unprofessional and unfriendly too. I’d strongly advise against having a parcel sent to him. Terrible.
