Clean and really quiet, and the price makes this a great hotel. The arrival instructions looked tricky, but they turned out to be easy to follow. My only small gripe was having just a sheet on the bed and no spare blanket, so getting the temperature comfortable was awkward. I'd gladly stay again.

The room and balcony at Vico Fasion District were lovely, and the reception ladies were so friendly. We spent five nights there, with the Duomo close enough to walk to. There were quite a lot of ants in room 506, so don't leave food out. Aside from that, I'd recommend the place.

I couldn't cancel my booking or move my stay ten days later, which left me very disappointed. It feels like they just want people to book and then be unable to stay, so the hotel gets something for nothing. I'd tell everyone to avoid this horrible hotel.
