I loved the small welcome touches, especially the handwritten note and fresh biscuits when we arrived. The Casati 18 team, including Gabriel, were so welcoming, and breakfast and drinks were fantastic. Our executive kind room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and lovely amenities. The bathroom was spacious too, with a great shower, embroidered towels, slippers, and robes. It's a short walk to the metro and close to plenty of shops and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for a Milan trip.

The service really stood out. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, and Rhianna in the restaurant made the stay feel especially warm. Gaia at reception was also so helpful and kind. Breakfast was great too. We were there for five nights during the Olympics and had a wonderful time. Because our bookings fell as they did, we stayed in two different rooms, and both were stylish, updated, and comfortable, like the hotel as a whole. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping, and transport. It's tucked away from central Milan's bustle, but only a ten-minute car ride away.

Clara was especially kind when she handled my last-minute reservation and request, and the GM left a thoughtful welcome note and cookies. The only small thing I'd suggest is refilling the bottled water each day. Casati 18 was spotless and comfortable, from the chic lobby to the room. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the AC and hot water worked perfectly. I liked having a bathtub and a separate covered shower, which kept the toilet area dry, and the “Casati 18” stitched details were a nice touch. The windows opened fully, which I always appreciate. Breakfast was lovely, especially the pastries, eggs, and fresh juices each morning. The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant area, but still walkable to the underground station and tram, and around a 30-minute walk from the Duomo. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely make this my home in Milan.

The patio courtyard was such a cool spot, and having breakfast there was a real pleasure. Breakfast was fantastic, with soy milk too, which was a big plus since it's the only milk I drink. I had a great stay, and the hotel has very stylish interior design. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed with Christmas cookies and got to check in much earlier than expected. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really helpful. Our superior room faced the backyard, so it was wonderfully calm and cozy. The train station is very close, and it's easy to get to the city center by charming tram or explore northern Milan's lively neighborhoods on foot. We'd definitely consider coming back!
