I haven’t actually stayed there, but I did book three days after searching ChatGPT for a hotel in the eastern Dolomites and mentioning that I had a dog. It said dogs were welcome, so I paid over 1000 euros. A few hours later, I noticed the hotel’s page said dogs were only allowed up to 10kg. I called and explained mine was around 20kg, which still isn’t that big. The woman said it wasn’t possible, checked with the boss, and offered to refund us while keeping 25%. I understand there are rules, but come on. They should think this policy over.

The head waiter and Christian were great in the dining room. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and the room, location, and pool were all good too. Stayed for two nights and couldn’t fault the place.

If you’re looking for some peace, this is the best hotel. The rooms were good, though they had a bit of an old money style, and the pool was good too. Cristiano was the best worker. I really liked how well he did as a waiter, and the other staff were nice as well. I’d suggest this hotel to anyone going skiing. It’s the best one you can find.

Christiano, the restaurant waiter, stood out. He works hard, is patient with customers, stays calm instead of arguing, and does his job really well. I think he deserves more appreciation and value, and probably a pay rise. The hotel is amazing and the service is excellent.

We decided not to stay longer because the standard was so low. The bed was broken and unstable, the kitchenette was empty, the elevator was extremely slow, and housekeeping mixed up our belongings. Breakfast was bad, and there was no parking available on the second day. We stayed here in January 2026. This didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it.
