We stayed two nights, and everything was spot on. Massimo was a host who really understood hospitality, the prices were very reasonable, and the cleaning was amazing. The bath was spa grade. One of the few places on Google that deserves a real five-star rating. We’ll definitely come back.

Massimo made us feel completely welcome and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and special. We were also impressed by the modern, clean, fully equipped room and the services provided. We had a great two-night stay at I Tesori di Modena, and we’ll return next time we visit Modena. I’d recommend it to anyone planning a trip there.

Massimo looks after you from the moment you arrive until you leave. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious, and the place has all the comforts. It’s just steps from the center of Modena. I stayed with my family and recommend it to couples and families with children. Hope to be back soon!

The location is perfect, in a well-served area, and the service was impeccable. Booking communication was super quick, and checking in and getting to the room was easy. My room was very clean, cute, and welcoming, with a top mattress and all the comforts: minibar, air conditioning, complimentary slippers, toothbrush, and more. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely book again!
