The location is lovely, in a quiet area of Modena, and communicating with the owner was seamless. It's a comfortable apartment with quality fixtures and linens, daily cleaning, breakfast supplies, and a bookshelf to envy. There is a kitchen, but it's only for tea or heating something up, not for cooking. Understandably, cooking smells wouldn't be great in an open space.

Lovely hosts and a great stay. The apartment is well placed, with all the good bars and restaurants within a five-minute walk. Thanks a lot!

Francesca was charming and helpful with recommendations, and quick to respond by email when booking. The fresh organic breakfast she prepares is superb. There are also a tourist map, Modena guides and two bicycles to explore the city freely. Stella21 is a quiet, newly redone loft with lots of caché, right across the street from Osteria Francescana. A perfect base for a weekend in the heart of Modena. DEFINITELY recommend.

The host was so friendly and helpful, and everything has been put together with great taste. This was absolutely delightful, the best experience I've had renting a place for a vacation.
