Andrea Cozza, the manager, handled everything with real professionalism and care. His attention to detail, efficiency, and warm manner made the stay better, and it felt like guest comfort genuinely mattered to him. The hotel was calm, welcoming, and well maintained, and my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend it and would happily come back. Thank you! 🙏

What made our short stay in Modena so memorable was the staff, especially their kindness, skill, and hospitality. A big thank you to the front desk, including Eldrina, if I've got your name roughly right, and a special shout out to Andrea for going above and beyond. His service and hospitality were extraordinary. The centrally located Hotel Rua Frati 48 also had the most spacious, comfortable rooms we stayed in on our Italy trip. We'd been meaning to finish this review since our June visit, and the team earned every word of it. Thank you all!

Management couldn't have seemed less concerned, and we should have been warned. The whole hotel smelled of drains, and the receptionist said it stinks through winter and part of spring. It was so disgusting that I was awake from 4am feeling like I might vomit. Serving food in that atmosphere must surely be illegal. It completely ruined my getaway. Update: To their credit, they waived the bill.

The rooms were quiet and nice, and the tub and shower combination was the best we had on the whole trip. Andrea was so kind and helpful throughout, making sure my partner and I were comfortable and looked after. He really went above and beyond, and I appreciated that level of service. Great hotel, great rooms, great service, an absolutely amazing experience. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was great, but Andrea at the front desk made a huge difference. He was always on the ball and helped us with every part of our stay. He and his team really lifted the whole experience.
