We were very comfortable here from the start, thanks to the warm, friendly staff. The room had what we needed, and the huge balcony overlooking the park was a lovely place to unwind. It's in a quiet area, about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Breakfast had lots of options, and free parking was especially convenient. We drove out at least twice each day and always found a space when we got back. We'd happily stay again.

The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom stocked with several fresh towels. There was free drinking water, tea, and a coffee machine, though the shower stall was narrow. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke several languages. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choices, including fresh apple, carrot, and cucumber juice that my son enjoyed. The hotel is in a safe, calm spot near the centre, train station, and bus station, with no traffic or noise, so it was peaceful for a vacation and rest. It was a nice experience, and I'd visit again.

The room was nothing like the listing led us to expect. There was no safe for money or valuables, the shower was tiny, and the bathroom handle was broken. We also found a fairly large bug. The balcony had no chairs, and its view was of a weed-filled parking lot. We left a day early and had to spend almost another $478 on our next hotel. I’d give this place zero if I could. Don’t waste your time or money.

May, rain outside, and the hotel had switched off the air conditioning. We were freezing in a place we’d paid to stay in. Easily the worst trip experience I’ve had so far. I’d give it zero if that were possible.

The location was my main issue. It’s on a street with nothing else nearby, and getting into town takes at least a 15-minute walk. The room was clean and fine for a short stay, and breakfast had plenty of buffet choices.
