We really felt the friendliness here. The apartment was cozy and clean, and big enough for four people to stay for a longer time. Pets are welcome, and having a direct way out to the garden for them is wonderful. I’d strongly recommend this place.

Just one night for my boyfriend and me. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. :)

We had a great two-day stay with our dog. The owners were so welcoming and kind, and available whenever we needed anything. Appartamento Giardino Verde is close enough to walk to the historic center, so I’d highly recommend it if you’re in Modena.

The apartment takes up the entire first floor of a private Italian family home, and guests have a lovely garden of their own. It’s cozy and in a very good location. Our host Carlos wasn’t a strong English speaker, but he was incredibly welcoming and nice, and communication was no problem. He also gave us great suggestions for places to visit and good restaurants that weren’t the most expensive. I’d recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to overpay for accommodation in Bologna. The train from Modena to Bologna takes no more than 30 minutes and is very convenient.

We booked for one night in the off season. One of our dogs was really ill, so I asked if we could cancel for free, but they wouldn’t allow it. I’m speechless.
