B&B Hotel Modena

The receptionist was fantastic: quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. We arrived on Wednesday night thinking we had a confirmed room, then realized I'd booked the wrong date by mistake. The hotel was full. She checked within minutes to see if she could find us a room there, and when that wasn't possible, arranged a room at another hotel. We chose a different hotel in the end because it was more convenient. I'd booked a non-refundable room, but she also managed to arrange a cancellation and refund so we wouldn't have to pay twice. We went from shock to relief in about 15 minutes. I've never met a receptionist like her. Amazing.

We’d happily come back. The bus stop right outside made getting around easy whenever we didn’t want to walk, and the historic center was still a comfortable walk away. There were also some good places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and roomy enough.

For a quick trip, B&B Hotel Modena did the job. It’s handy for getting to the center and has parking, which helped. The rooms are basic but clean, and the hotel itself is simple and practical. Just don’t expect much luxury or personality.

That balcony was a lovely part of the stay. We could leave the big door open and enjoy the fresh air and breeze. The room was clean, the staff were warm and friendly, and it was easy to walk around town from the location. We really enjoyed our time at B&B. Thanks, B&B Hotel!
