The kids were very happy in the lovely yard, and there’s a terrace as well. You can’t walk to the center, unfortunately, though the place has other advantages. Inside, our room was clean and well organized. The hosts were cheerful and the cooking was phenomenal. We tried local specialties, tortellini in soup, pizza and pasta ragu.

You’ll need a car to get here, since it’s just outside Modena and public transport isn’t very convenient. There’s parking on the property, with lots of open space and a garden full of different fruit trees. I stayed one night and had a really good experience. The rooms were super clean, and the restaurant for guests served really good home-cooked food. The lady, her husband and their son run the place, and they’re amazing, friendly and helpful people. I’d happily come back if I get the chance, and can highly recommend it.

It feels quiet and a bit remote, yet the motorway is only a few minutes away. We stopped overnight on our drive south with our dog, and there’s plenty of outdoor space to sit and a large area for walking him. The staff are very welcoming, and their on-site restaurant serves delicious local dishes and pizzas. Everything was immaculately clean, with careful Covid procedures in place. Breakfast was generous too.

Just outside the city in a quiet area, this was a wonderful surprise in Modena. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the restaurant food was great, and our host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended for a trip to Modena.

We stayed in room 2 as a family. It’s large, has a private bathroom, and was clean and cozy, with nice, new furnishings. The place is quiet and has a pleasant garden, and it’s about 10 minutes by car from Modena’s historical center. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the owners are lovely and kind.
