Fabio deserves a special mention. His customer service was exceptional, and he was kind, welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable at the bar while watching the F1 with a beer or two. I also found newer chargers there, so I could charge my phone. The hotel suited what I needed for my last night, with a cheaper room and easy access to the train station. The room was basic, had only an older two-pin charger, and the toilet seat was broken. Not the end of the world.

Francesco at reception had such positive energy and made me feel very welcome. When I asked for hot water, he even washed my bottle before filling it. He was a genuinely sweet, helpful person, and his kindness made my stay pleasant. Thank you!

The room was good, and the location was just the right distance from Modena center and the Ferrari museum. The customer service team were really friendly. I liked how they helped me and gave me good tips for a city vacation 😊

The walls seemed a bit thin, and we could hear some noticeable noise at night. Still, we had a nice stay. The hotel is basic, but it was great to be there. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and spoke English very well, which made communicating much easier. :)

The breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed my time at Hotel Daunia. My room was incredible, with decor I loved, a comfortable bed, and a very good bathroom. Everything felt perfect, and it's a lovely place. The guy who checked me in was the sweetest. I'm still learning Italian, and he helped me practice by speaking both English and Italian.
