We loved the feel of the place. The space was great, the hostess was great, and the location worked really well. There’s a grocery store right next door, a large park a block away, and the city center is an easy walk.

A really lovely place, and quiet too.

Shops are about a five-minute walk away, and there’s parking at the building. The location is handy, with the city center and the south or west of town not far off. The apartment is modern and simply furnished, though it’s showing its age, and the cleaning could be more thorough. The air conditioning is quiet and works very well. For the quality, I felt it was a bit too expensive.

Just a few steps from Ferrari Park and Modena’s center, this clean, welcoming house suited us perfectly. I’ll be back.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, especially the owner's husband. The apartment was very well kept, close to Modena’s center, and had every comfort.
