We stayed in the Fellini room for two nights. Alessio was easy to communicate with, and we could leave our bags for a few hours after checkout without a problem. The apartment was clean and spacious, close to the town center. The pizza at 360 across the street was unexpectedly tasty and good value. A good stay in Modena.

The reception lady was very nice and clearly meant well, but that didn’t make the stay physically comfortable. The room decor is interesting, though. Breakfast was all carbs, with milk the only protein option without added sugar. The street gets noisy early, and the fountain out front dripped all night so steadily I thought it was raining. On arrival, the AC wasn’t working; after waiting over half an hour for a repair, we switched rooms, but the new one hadn’t been cleaned well. We had to ask for more cleaning the next day. The coffee machine also wouldn’t work until we noticed its used-capsule compartment was full from previous guests.

The bedroom was comfortable and the location was good, but the place isn’t suited to more than two people. If you’re driving into Modena’s center, check the parking permit they give you carefully.

Breakfast came right to the room, and the service was good. The room was large and comfortable, with the city center nearby. Very convenient location, highly recommended!
