The reception staff were courteous and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, bright, recently renovated, and spotlessly clean. This residence is centrally placed, just outside the restricted traffic zone, with Via Emilia and the historic center about a five-minute walk away. You can also reserve a private parking space if you ask. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean, and in excellent shape. The building has been renovated recently and has plenty of charm. It's in a quiet residential area, close to the historic center and about twenty minutes from the train station. A good fit if you want a peaceful place while staying near everything.

Excellent value for money. The room and bathroom were really good for the price, and the center is only steps away. The air conditioning was a little noisy, and the room wasn't especially soundproof. Paid parking is available on site, and you can get there by car without dealing with restricted traffic rules.

A few minutes' walk from the center, with a clean room and friendly staff. There was a bit of noise, though it didn't seem to come from traffic. We switched off both the air conditioning and fridge, but could still hear something from the next room, which we couldn't access. Maybe it housed the air conditioning motors or something else, I'm not sure. The noise stopped later. Could've just been a one-off.
