For the price, this is the best deal. Having a washing machine, kitchen, fridge, and entrance keys made it feel like living in Modena. The staff were amazing and responded right away.

Very bad. They don’t say it’s closed at night. I booked, arrived at midnight, and found it shut, with no answer when I called.

The bathroom was grimy, with dust on the radiator, a sink in poor condition, and other people's hair on the floor and in the shower. We were so put off that we didn't use it. I only spent one night in the apartment, but €116 felt far too high for sheets marked with iron burns and little bits of lint that bothered me while I slept. The price for what we got really wasn't worth it.

The owners made us feel welcome straight away. They were kind and ready to help, and everything was clean and very well cared for. From here it was easy to see the monuments and try the local food at the nearby restaurants. I'd definitely recommend it for a city visit!
