8/10
It’s a lovely little room, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, even though I booked on the day. Since she lives at the property, the room is spotless. The main part of town is about a 5-10 minute walk downhill, so you need to be happy with that.

The room was really nice and breakfast was good. I’d asked for twin beds but got a double instead. The location is good, unless you’re trying to get there by bicycle.

We found it easy to get into Modica, and there was free roadside parking. Our room was spacious and comfortable, so we really enjoyed staying here.

10/10
The rooms are clean and carefully furnished, and breakfast comes with plenty of good variety. The place is close to the center but tucked away from the busy main roads, which makes it a handy base for seeing the city. The owner clearly puts a lot of care and passion into running it. Highly recommended.

The owner made our visit especially memorable, greeting us with a warm smile and being incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. We were also delighted by how close this charming B&B is to Modica’s historic heart, which made exploring the city easy. We’d be very happy to return.
