Leonardo welcomed us warmly to his lovely property. The grounds were beautifully kept, and we enjoyed breakfast with local products on the spacious veranda. There is a swimming pool, secure parking, and a nearby supermarket and gas station. Everything was clean and orderly. Leonardo also gave us useful tips about restaurants, attractions, and monuments nearby. Everything was just right, highly recommended.

The staff were so friendly and seemed ready to handle even the most demanding requests. The rooms were spotless, and the pool and green areas were cared for down to the smallest detail. If you're after real peace and relaxation, this place feels special and is well worth a visit.

Thanks for making Stefano happy. The property is welcoming and beautiful, surrounded by greenery while still right in the center of Modica. Best of all, it's barrier-free.

A quiet, well-equipped place where you can really relax. It's centrally located but surrounded by greenery, and a lovely spot for unwinding.
