Leading Relax Hotel Maria

The spa was excellent, and the hotel was clean. Our room was modern and nice, the bathroom was excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We stayed four days with our small dog, and unfortunately the staff left us with several bad experiences. On the third evening, a woman wearing a hotel uniform came straight into our room without knocking, saying she needed to check our room card. I was in bed without clothes on, and it was awful. She also frightened our five-month-old puppy, who became very nervous afterward, scared of everything and barking at every noise. We told reception, but all we got was a flat “okay, sorry.” It was unpleasant, and they could at least have offered some compensation. The receptionist was very strict, cold, and unfriendly. We also only learned at our last breakfast that hotel guests could get 10% off at the neighboring restaurant Kusk, which is connected to the hotel. We'd eaten there every day and left good checks. The staff knew we were staying at the hotel, so it was disappointing that nobody mentioned the discount. And nobody told us the afternoon snack cost extra. We had it every day, and it was 10 euros per person, which is fine, but we should have been told. We ski in this area every year, but because of the staff, we won't return to Hotel Maria.
