The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and tidy.

The owner was kind and courteous, and the place was very tidy and clean inside, despite my late arrival and less-than-positive first impression of the exterior. There are thoughtful touches, including a shower tray with a groove around the edge to catch water and a stairlift for wheelchair users, which is especially useful since there isn't an elevator. The setting is practically in the middle of an industrial area. Breakfast has no savory option; the standard Italian offering is yogurt, a cappuccino, and a slice of homemade cake. Nice that it's homemade, but that's all there is. It's not bad and very clean, and the stairlift is a plus. If you're not too demanding, it's fine, though the value for money isn't great, perhaps about a dozen euros too expensive.

The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a large terrace. We rested wonderfully, and the rooms are soundproofed, so it was peaceful. The hotel sits in a lovely green park, and the very kind owner showed us how to get to Venice easily. I highly recommend it for tourists and business travelers.

The lady who runs the place is helpful and kind, and can give you whatever information you need. It's quiet and a good place to rest, away from the city center, with an excellent breakfast. A nice little stopover or base for visiting Venice and Treviso, though I'd recommend it only if you have a car. The hotel is in an industrial area, and you'll need a car to get to restaurants and other places; the station is about 12 minutes away.
