The welcome is a big part of what makes this restaurant special, and the food and wine are just as good. They cook with local produce, and the wine list has plenty of gems from Piemonte. I’ve been twice already and am looking forward to visit number three.

All my wedding guests loved the catering from a Modo mio. Everything was fresh and handmade, and they even made the giant cheese “cake” I’d asked for. I’ve also eaten at the restaurant twice, and both the catering and dining were totally worth it. I’d happily choose them again and warmly recommend them.

In Molare, about 15 minutes from Ovada, this is a charming spot with very reasonable prices. We had the antipasto misto and Barbera risotto with roasted quail, and the duck ravioli was superb too. The Prosecco and vino rosso were lovely. Everyone was so welcoming, and the food was beyond scrumptious. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I was impressed by the quality for the price, and I absolutely recommend it. The appetizers and finger food are really good, and they make an incredibly good wine themselves. There are rooms too. Just lovely!

The risotto was delicious, but the steak was the standout. I’d never had one so tender and flavorful. Simply amazing food.
