The view from the hotel was lovely, and the services were great. The self check-in was easy too. Raffaella looked after us really well at breakfast.

The breakfasts were good, and the staff were so polite and helpful. Such a beautiful place, with an amazing view. I highly recommend it.

We came back for dinner three times, and every visit was just right. The food was delicious, the wine selection was great, and the staff provided truly professional service. With that stunning view, it's hard to find a better spot for a lovely dinner near the Ledro lake!

We enjoyed lunch here when we first arrived in Ledro, so we returned a couple of days later for dinner. The pasta with shrimp and limone was excellent, and we had a bottle of wine. After the main courses, though, we waited and waited. We tried to catch a waiter's attention to order coffee, dessert, and more wine, but sat there for at least an hour and a half without anyone acknowledging us. Our table was right in view, and staff had to pass by it. They were clearing other tables, and some people who came in after us were already getting dessert. The evening and the view were stunning and the food was good, but the three of us couldn't believe we'd been completely ignored. We've eaten out for many years and never had that happen. In the end we had to get up and ask for the bill, and nobody even asked if we enjoyed our meal. Weird....

The service was friendly and really professional. And the food was great: carbonara done the way it should be, a very nice steak, and awesome frittura 👌😊
