Residence Relais Rosa dei Venti

We had a great two-night stay, with beautiful views across Lake Garda and an apartment that was clean and had all the appliances we needed. Parking was easy, the area felt safe, and the staff were really friendly. The two pools were also very clean and well kept. The port in Moniga is under a five-minute walk away, and it takes about ten pleasant minutes to get to the very small town centre. Some things do cost extra, though. Supplies like soap and toilet paper are only provided in very small amounts, so you’ll need to buy more for a stay longer than a couple of days. Towels, including pool towels, are also extra. We still loved our time there and would happily recommend it.

It’s a quiet spot with a lovely lake view, and the apartments are in a great location. We found it easy to contact reception on WhatsApp, and they helped whenever we had a problem. The one small annoyance was dust on the sofa and coffee table.

We had such a good time at Relais Rosa dei Venti that we’ll almost certainly return next year. The whole family enjoyed our ten days there. We got the ground floor apartment we’d asked for, plus a covered parking spot at no extra cost. Check-in was quick and welcoming, and the team had been fast and efficient with communication beforehand. When little issues came up, the staff sorted them out straight away. The rooms were absolutely phenomenal, and that’s why I can’t rate the stay below four stars. The pools were a nice extra, though really cold. I was much more annoyed than usual to find out the jacuzzi is only for deluxe rooms, since I hadn’t seen that mentioned. There’s also a large window right beside the toilet, so people could have seen me while I was using it. A few problems kept this from being five stars.
