Angela and Renè were fantastic, kind, and helpful, including with our dog. We spent 10 days here and loved the beautiful historic property. The location is strategic, and breakfast was delicious, with homemade products every day. Highly recommended!

My room had elegant oriental-style furnishings that suited the owners' kindness and friendliness. The garden is meticulously cared for, and sitting in the quiet landscape feels restorative. In summer, breakfast is abundant, varied, and delicious, almost a sensory experience. It's a peaceful, beautiful place for a relaxing stay, while still close to the lovely center of Monopoli. I'll gladly return.

Angela and René, who manage Govinda, were especially welcoming and always available. We spent a fortnight there that we'll remember, and we'll come back, God willing. The price is reasonable even in high season. Gorgofreddo, a district of Monopoli, sits on a hill overlooking the Fasano plain and the Adriatic Sea. The countryside around it has farmland and oak groves, and it stays cool, especially at night. A perfect place to relax and breathe.

Tasteful furnishings, mostly ethnic in style, and a real attention to cleanliness. The owners are warm and friendly, and the charming property sits in the Apulian countryside in a convenient spot for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended.
