It's clean and has a lovely room in a proper Italian style. The beach, restaurants, cafes, and pretty much everything else are close by. The room is a few steps down, almost like a basement, so I expected it to be hotter than it was. The air conditioning only runs during the day and switches off at night.

The location is excellent for exploring on foot, and Poligmano a Mare is only a short train ride away. The apartment was comfortable enough for sleeping, having breakfast, and cooking. But there were a lot of problems: no dish soap or matches for the stove, and no working heating or air conditioning. The room smelled musty, the bathroom smelled of sewage, there wasn't enough soap, and the outside door didn't work. I wouldn't recommend it. October 2025

Mr. Pino was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment felt welcoming, was clean and well equipped, and had rustic yet modern furnishings with lovely attention to detail. It's in Monopoli's historic center, a charming spot close to both the sea and the nightlife. If I return to Monopoli, this will be one of my first choices. Highly recommended.

The welcome was excellent, and the studio apartment was tastefully furnished and well looked after. We stayed in the upper apartment, where a wardrobe and an oven would have helped, especially for a longer stay. The air conditioning is there but doesn't work very efficiently. It's in the historic pedestrian center, about five minutes from the point where cars can drive and park in blue or white spaces. Wi-Fi worked well once we were given the correct password. I'd recommend it.

The high vaulted ceilings and mezzanine make the place feel spacious, and it's well furnished for cooking. The shower is nicely deep, and we had a view of the bell tower of San Leonardo. This vacation home is in a quiet enclosed square, central in Monopoli but still peaceful.
