Giacomo met us at the apartment with the keys, and communication on WhatsApp was excellent. We were there for 7 nights, two adults and a child, and would definitely return. The place was clean, with excellent facilities: a large bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave, hob and washing machine, plus a large double bed and a separate double sofa bed in the living area. It’s in the Old Town of Monopoli, so everything is walkable. There are two restaurants right outside, but noise was never a problem. We’d definitely recommend it.

Giacomo was on time, friendly, and very helpful. His apartment has the character of a building in the historical centre, and it was clean and tidy when we arrived. Inside, it stayed quiet and felt secure. The location is hard to beat: the harbour and walking promenade are less than a minute away, along with some of the best restaurants in Monopoli. In the evening, the smell of fresh bread from the pizzeria opposite is wonderful.

Giacomo was a great host, and Porzia's house felt warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. It’s in the historic center, just a short walk from the sea, restaurants, shops, and markets. A truly wonderful experience.

Right across from the harbor in the heart of the historic center, the house made it easy to enjoy the area without travelling far. We found everything we needed to feel at home, and the owner was kind and always available. It was welcoming, clean, and carefully maintained. A very pleasant stay, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I recommend it without hesitation!
