We had a wonderful family holiday in Monopoli. Enzo was very helpful and flexible, and gave us great tips about restaurants and other things. The large, stylish room had a private terrace, a kitchen and a coffee machine, plus a wonderful sea view. A beach umbrella was provided too. It’s perfectly placed, just steps from the beach and town center.

The location is right beside the entrance to Monopoli’s main municipal beach, and the striking décor is a big part of the experience. The whole property has a nautical theme, with fishing symbols throughout, and the attention to detail is captivating. The room is a single space, with the bathroom separated by an extra glass and brick structure, an interesting design choice. The price per night is quite high, and I think the décor and location are the main reasons.

Enzo, the “apartment manager,” makes you feel at ease right away. The place is clean and has a typical local feel. The sea-facing penthouse is stunning. Recommended.
