The roof terrace was a delight. We relaxed there with wine, enjoyed the hot tub, and loved how quiet it was. Our family of three also appreciated the two separate bathrooms, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed. The apartment is right in the centre of the old town, close to restaurants, bars, and everything else. It was warm and welcoming, extremely clean, and full of lovely extra touches. Luciano and his team were attentive, quick to answer questions, and gave us great recommendations. They also explained where to park nearby, which was simple and easy. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Luciano went above and beyond to make the stay everything we’d hoped for and more. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Many thanks, and we hope to return soon.

The apartment is a beautiful oasis in the old town, with lots of wonderful restaurants a short walk away. Inside is stunning, and the thoughtfully designed sun terrace was a pleasure to use. The outdoor jacuzzi bath was ideal for cooling off during the day and warming up in the evening. After our long drive, the delicious fresh food left for us was perfect. One small suggestion: clearer parking instructions in advance would help. The stairs up to the apartment and terrace are very steep, so they may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We stayed for 10 nights with our 5-month-old baby and felt right at home the whole time. The flat is spacious, elegant, and cool. It’s also wonderfully quiet, tucked into a tiny, charming street, yet only a minute from the main beach and two minutes from the port, restaurants, and bars. Luciano was very responsive and available around the clock, with loads of great tips for Monopoli, restaurants, and the wider Puglia area. The rooftop is the cherry on top, just incredible. Luciano is such a warm, friendly, and accommodating host, a lovely example of Apulian hospitality. Pausa Mare Suite has an amazing location and fantastic features, and the roof terrace with sun loungers and hot tub is wonderful. Everything about the place is incredible. Luciano left us delicious cakes and a full fridge. The apartment is mega beautiful, tastefully renovated and furnished down to every last detail, and very clean. Actually, six stars ;)
