My room had a comfortable bed, a good shower, and plenty of space, but it felt a bit bare. The hotel's shared spaces also lacked atmosphere. There were plants outside, though also lots of steps. The dining room was really noisy, with crowds of people and hardworking staff.

The area is large, with nice vegetation, two clean pools, and enough sunbeds. But it doesn't feel like a four-star place. The food, rooms, and service were all below average. Cleaning was poor or missing, and reception often gave incorrect information. The pool bar is unjustifiably expensive, 5 Euro for a 200 ml beer in a plastic cup.

The breakfast coffee was great, really fresh and Italian. Beyond that, my wife and I were very disappointed. We came for our Golden wedding anniversary thinking the hotel would be perfect, but it was the worst hotel we've stayed in. The photos on the website aren't accurate, either. They show a gym, but there isn't one. The food was low quality, cold, and badly presented. The reply said the buffet was rich and varied, and that taste is subjective, but the hot food was served cold. The cooked breakfast, for example, was stone cold. There was only one dessert at dinner, one cheese and one meat at breakfast, and one cereal. This could never be rated four stars.

The restaurants, bars, pool, mini club, and entertainment were all great for our family. The staff were absolutely friendly and professional, and really did their best to meet our needs. We only had to tell them about something, and they found a solution straight away. Very recommended for families with kids and teens. The rooms were spacious and had terraces, and the location is handy for visiting nearby towns if you've got a car. Getting to the room with a pram wasn't great, though, and room service forgot twice to replace dirty sheets and leave extra shower gel. Thank you all!
