Casa Montefiore 13 Iris LT nella tranquilla campagna Marchigiana

Graziella and Graziano were so kind and helpful that they’ll stay in our hearts ❤️. We also loved how well the place caters to people traveling with dogs, including a big area for walks and space for agility practice. The apartment was spotless and equipped beyond what we expected, with a huge garden that gets plenty of use. It’s a handy base for outings around the Marche: Senigallia’s beaches are about 15 minutes away, and the Conero Riviera about 30.

The owners were kind and available whenever we needed them. We spent a week here in July and found a welcoming, comfortable home with everything required for the stay. It’s surrounded by greenery, with a large fenced garden where you can sit quietly, and pets are welcome. The location was excellent, and the attention to detail and eco-sustainability stood out. Highly recommended.

Graziella and Graziano welcomed us warmly, and our four dogs were made to feel welcome too. The apartment is new, clean, and well equipped, with all the comforts we needed. Set in the Marche hills, it’s conveniently placed for visiting the sea and exploring nearby. We hope to come back soon.

Casa Montefiore is a little gem tucked into peaceful greenery. We only stayed one night this week, and our schedule didn’t leave us time to enjoy the calm, but we’d choose it again for a future visit to Jesi. The owner was helpful from the phone call the day before through arrival, and arranging check-in was easy. Our modern, well-kept studio had a roomy double-bed area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, private shower bathroom, and smart TV. It’s easy to reach from Jesi, around 3 km away in Monsano, where there are pizzerias. Parking on site was handy.
