Bed and Breakfast Varone

I didn't enjoy my stay. The room felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, with old, unattractive furniture that almost looked dirty. The bed was no better, the sagging mattress and heavy, worn blankets were uncomfortable and not warm. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, and the taps were covered in limescale. Breakfast came late and there wasn't much of it. Everything was packaged and counted, even the milk was microwaved, and there weren't any homemade cakes.

The room was basic, but it suited what I needed. It was clean and had a big balcony. Getting there from the highway was easy, and the owners were friendly and very kind.

Raffaella and her wonderful family have a lovely way of making each guest feel noticed and special, with attentive care that's never intrusive. We enjoyed the garden and the excellent facilities, too. At B&B "Varone," mornings begin with the smell of cakes baked with love, and evenings bring the soft chirping of crickets. Time here follows the easy rhythm of the guests, in a beautiful spot in Molise. The only danger is that you won't want to go home! Highly recommended. Lucia M. and Salvatore M.

The room was very cozy, and the place itself is lovely. Everyone was kind and helpful. There were a few small issues, maybe because some renovations were underway, but I'd still recommend it. 😉
