Casale di Maro

The area is a pleasure to explore, with all its little villages and narrow roads. We spent four nights at Casale di Maro and found it genuinely relaxing. Marjolein and Ron gave us such a warm welcome. Our room was huge, with a rooftop terrace and a stunning view, and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs from their own chickens. We also joined a pasta workshop, then had a wonderful meal with the four of us.

We had a great time again with Ronnie and Marjolein in this beautiful spot in the heart of Italy. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything is kept neat. Mornings start well with a broad choice of breakfasts, thanks to both of them. Later, you can either head into nearby villages to enjoy the local culture or unwind by the big pool with a drink. There was plenty of homemade breakfast each day, with something different every time, and the dinner is well worth trying. The food was delicious. Ron and Marjolein are very hospitable, and the rooms are clean, with a lovely view and a comfortable bed. Definitely worth a stay. We'll be back for sure.

We had a very spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely big bathroom. The "garage," with its kitchen and various games, was a really nice extra, and between that and the pool there was plenty of comfort and time to relax. Breakfast was well prepared each day, and dinner was served twice a week. It's also an excellent base for excursions, with several restaurants less than 15 minutes away. A wonderful place to completely unwind. Ron and Marjolein, thanks so much for your hospitality!
