The price felt too high for what we got compared with similar places nearby. The lift wasn't working during our stay, so my 80-year-old parents had to climb the stairs to the second floor. We only learned at check-in that the hotel also operates as a recovery centre for people with difficulties, with patients staying on the first floor. They served breakfast, cleaned, and helped with luggage. I can see how work like this could help people gain experience and support their recovery, but we weren't told about it before arriving. Breakfast wasn't very good. They didn't seem to know how to make a simple caffelatte, and while I understand the staff have difficulties, there should be a mentor to show them how to run a hotel.

A nice, clean place to stay right in the middle of a lovely little town.

Enjoy your stay! It's a hotel, but during the week you'll need to find somewhere else to eat. They apparently only serve food on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and even then you have to reserve. I also found getting to the rooms a little awkward if you're not fully independent.

I've stayed here several times, and the staff have always been respectful and kind. The place is clean and peaceful too. I've eaten at the restaurant, which is run professionally. And the work you do with the guys is just wonderful.

We chose this unique hotel after reading the reviews. The rooms were spotless and airy, and we were greeted by some very kind young women. There's a community on the first floor where guests are helped back into society through work and collaboration. We stayed for dinner too, and the food was excellent for reasonable prices. The waiter was friendly and polite. If you're in the area, stop in and meet these fantastic people. Congratulations to all the staff, there was so much love and patience.
